Depending on the application, we follow two different approaches. Measure2Fit uses biomechanical data to identify or optimise the best existing product. Measure2Print translates this data into a fully individualised product.

Our algorithms analyse biomechanical measurement data and compare it with existing products or product variants. This creates data-driven recommendations or insights for better fit and product development.

Measure2Print

Creating the right product individually.
Measurement data, digital models and software are combined into an end-to-end workflow. This enables the development and digital production of highly individualised products.

From Use Case to Digital Workflow

Developing the right solution together.
Biomechanical pressure data from bike fitting provides the foundation for an end‒to‒end digital development process. Together with fi'zi:k, GEBIOM GROUP has developed a continuous software workflow that enables both the automated selection of the optimal saddle (Measure2Fit) and the creation of fully individualised saddles (Measure2Print). The entire process from data analysis and algorithms to manufacturing is digital.

Biomechanical pressure data from bike fitting provides the basis for a digital development process. This results in data‒driven product recommendations, optimised product variants or fully individualised saddles.
Analysis: gebioMized captures the pressure distribution on the bicycle saddle. Development: The data flows directly into the digital development process. Product: Depending on the application, the process automatically recommends the best‒fitting fi'zi:k saddle or creates a fully individualised custom saddle.
Workflow: The entire process from measurement at the specialist retailer to manufacturing is digital, reproducible and free of media discontinuities.
